It was a nice atmosphere. We sat on the roof top. Staff was very friendly and attractive to us. Great view of Lake Michigan. Very clean and sanitized. Nice umbrellas on table for shade. Good was great

Food was delicious. I recommend the whitefish dinner or swordfish dinner (it was the special of the day).Not much selection for children. The pizza was not bad. Customer service was great.

Building and the interior was impressive. Got a 1940's club feel. However I was not impressed with the service. Took 10-15 minutes for a bartender to notice me and when they did they had a surprised look on their face--like I showed up out of thin air. Somehow I was sitting in an invisible seat. Ordered a beer and it was dropped off. Bartender never came back until my beer was empty. Never offered food. Meanwhile the couples on either side of me were served drinks multiple times, ordered and received their food quickly while I was there. I was impressed with the service they received. Beer was cold, only positive.

Got the Salmon one night and the New York Strip the second night. Both dishes were nicely prepared and delicious. Portions were decent. The atmosphere on the rooftop was nice. You can see some of the Lake, but it is a slightly obstructed view. The place is pricey.

Ceasar salad was best ever. Fresh herbs in the fantastic dressing. Atmosphere was perfect.

We had very competent, friendly service. The room was comfortable with plenty of space between tables. Deep fried tempura style artichoke hearts were light and not at all greasy. The charcoal grilled porkchop was the best I ever had. It was tender, juicy, and well seasoned.

Best dining experience we had in St. Joseph. Roof top atmosphere was great to enjoy on a beautiful sunny day. Food was very good. Drinks were on point. Server was very pleasant and attentive even though it was a busy Saturday afternoon. We will definitely be returning.

We've been coming to St. Joe's for years. Finally tried RyeBells and loved everything. Great food, service and rooftop view.

Great views upstairs on the top patio. Smaller menu but good quality picks on there. Sometimes they have live music and you can hear them walking around downtown!

Had fish tacos, awesome. Wife needed hot sauce for hers. Staff attentive and personable.

The food and atmosphere was fantastic! Our waitress was super flexible since we had to be seated at 2 separate tables. Social distancing was well done and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Went for Valentine's day .. Although I was disappointed in the special menu for the holiday.. The regular menu did not disappoint!!! Lamb... Lasagna and the goat cheese fondue were amazing.. And the flourless chocolate cake was art. Well worth the trip not to mention our server was fantastic

They had good service, the apps were excellent, and the main course was good, but the rice pilaf was undercooked and tasted like it was some frozen rice variety.

Nice atmosphere with pretty good food. Had the hummus appetizer which was quite good. Often hummus is boring in a random restaurant, but this seems much more flavorful. Plus it was served with veggies and little mini naan breads. Could have used a few more veggies/bread as they gave you quite a good amount of hummus.Also had the beef barley soup which was also quite tasty.For dinner I had the steak salad. The steak was cooked to order (med rare) and the house dressing (red pepper vinegarette) was nice and light. Service wasn't super fast, but, being as it was Dec 23rd, I think a lot of restaurants underestimated the number of diners on a Monday. I think they only had 1, maybe 2 wait-staff for the entire dining area in the bar (separate from the bartender). We weren't in a hurry so it wasn't a big deal.They have a roof deck too, which probably has great views... But, it's outside, so, that will have to wait for summer. ;-)

We always have a great meal here. I think I have always ordered a fish dish and have never been disappointed. I have sat in the dinning room and on the rooftop- service is great.

Awesome roof top with live music and hands down, one of the best sangrias I've had in awhile - especially with the salmon cake app.

Nice atmosphere with is very cozy. I usually sit at the bar where there are about 6 TVs. Food is very good. I had the scallops the last two times. 4 large scallops that filled me up. Food is cooked perfectly but does need some seasonings to boost it. I highly recommend but It can be above average in price. Still, a great experience.

Best resturaunt in town! Don't take reservations but its not bad if you come early enough. Great options on draft. Food was great, had the firecracker shrimp. Little spicy but it tasted great! For dinner we ordered the whitefish and the Mediterranean pasta. Very yummy!! With rooftop option its great on a cool evening.

The atmosphere was good. You can choose inside or rooftop seating. We choose inside. Like most restaurants the menu is short today with Covid. The service was great. She was attentive without being overbearing. Our drinks were terrible, subpar alcohol in rocks glass at 11 and 12 bucks. We started with the fire cracker shrimp. Just the right spice but a bit too much breading. I ordered the Bella chicken which was the belle of the ball. Super juicy with goat cheese topping. Garlic mashed were piping hot and the green beans were excellent as well. My husband went with the aged marbled NY Strip at market price. This is what ruined the visit. We didn't ask about market price we have ordered them elsewhere and assumed it would be wonderful. Wrong. It was seasoned with just salt and pepper. Under cooked and barley warm. The marble was more like grisly so when we saw the 41 dollar market price we were shocked. Skip the NY Strip. Maybe the rib eye is the better.

Wonderful service excellent food. Smoked chicken barbecue and French fries were some of the best I have ever had.

Walking around downtown, stopped at RyeBelles for a cocktail and dessert... watched the sunset.

Great food at reasonable prices. We had trout and salmon, mashed potatoes and green beans. Cooked perfectly and quite flavorful. We also had a spinach dip and lavender 💜 lemonade which was very refreshing. The practiced social distancing and took all necessary precautions to make us feel safe!

The atmosphere reminds me of a Chicago bar. Mysteriously dark paneling warm fireplace and very cozy. The grilled shrimp was exceptionally done as was my husband's pizza with shrimp. Wait staff was delightful. Perfect evening.

It's closed up now but that roof is so wonderful in the good weather. My family and I just love to come here and soak it in. Sometimes I have the steak, it's very good, but most often I go for their salmon. Excellent staff.

Upstairs has a nice view of the lake. Timing of it & pending weather makes a great sunset night! Cheers!

Love the roof top deck on a pleasant afternoon. Plenty of umbrella tables for some shade. Got drinks and beers along with a hummus veggie appetizer. We added corn chips for a gluten free choice. Delicious. Around $50 for two cocktails, two beers and the appetizer. Short walk from the free city parking area. Street parking can be tricky during the summer. There’s so much to do in the area. Be patient, it’s worth the wait.

The menu is a little pricy which is expected for an establishment such as this! However, the food is very high quality! The New York Strip Steak is superb and had a nice well done and grilled flavor!! Steak fries were also on par for food lovers! There's a bit of something for anyone feeling an inner "fancy" for higher quality eats!!😌

The salads are out of this world delicious! All of them, but I love the southwestern chicken and the beet salad. Bartender is attentive and great company.

Husband and I went to RyeBelles Restaurant and Bar earlier this week, great experience. Friendly welcome at the front of the house, a nice house Cab and a tasty pizza without breaking the bank. Our server was friendly and attentive. We might have to make this a habit

We had an extremely polite waiter that was on top of things. The food came very fast, and was really good and nobody had any complaints.
